Internal Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Internal Recruiter based in Dubai, with some flexibility to work remotely. The Internal Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires. The role involves collaborating with sales directors and managers to define role requirements, creating and posting job descriptions, utilizing various recruitment channels, and developing hiring strategies to attract top talent. The Internal Recruiter will also maintain candidate databases and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes in Dubai Real Estate
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruitment tools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively
• Experience in workforce planning and understanding talent market trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices in the UAE is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
