Internal Sales Manager

Job Description / Responsibilities

PART A: 1. Handling customer related processes & processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness 2. Ensure contract review process for customer PO and approval for the same & Internally co-ordination with production, purchase, QC dept as per contract review 3. Responsible for PO confirmation to customer 4. Responsible for customer communication, from receiving requirements to handling complains 5. Responsible for handling overall activities related to Sales Function 6. Responsible to maintain monthly order booking quantity target as per process measurable sheet 7. Responsible for review of new products enquiries for the feasibility (internal) review as per the procedure of contract review 8. Handling the Quotations Proposals, payment recovery 9. Determination of requirements, review of requirement & changes of requirement 10. Knowledge of risk management, risk assessment and contingency plan 11. Preparation and approval of export related documents 12. Arrangements of transportation facilities of export, import, by air & sea PART B: 1. Contract review as per customer’s PO & co-ordinate with production, QC & Purchase department for timely delivery 2. Preparing quotation as per customer enquiry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
