At Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls, we don’t just install glass—we deliver exceptional customer experiences from the first call to final install. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Internal Sales Representative (ISR)/Dispatcher (FT) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and plays a key role in driving revenue and daily operations.

This is a critical position that connects customers, technicians, and sales—ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, customers are taken care of, and opportunities are converted into revenue.

As an Internal Sales Representative/Dispatcher, you will be helping our residential and business customers often in times when they need it most. When something cracks or shatters, you’ll put the customer at ease, making sure their home or business is safe and looking good! We invest in our people and will make sure you have the training, tools, and process to be successful.

What You’ll Do:

Dispatching & Operations

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential, commercial, and auto glass jobs
  • Optimize daily routes for efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate job timelines, materials, and customer expectations
  • Manage work orders and ensure accuracy from start to finish

Sales & Customer Service

  • Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked jobs
  • Provide quotes, follow up on leads/opportunities, and close sales
  • Upsell additional services and identify revenue opportunities
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and solution-focused customer experience

Administrative & Support

  • Order glass, parts, and materials from vendors
  • Track inventory and ensure job readiness
  • Process billing, payments, and job documentation
  • Maintain organized records and communication with customers

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of sales, dispatch or related experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to sell and close business over the phone
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Problem solver with attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy (scheduling systems, CRM "Service Titan", basic office software)

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Excel at Exceptional Customer Service: In this role, you are an experienced ISR/Dispatcher. You are delivering an exceptional high-quality customer experience. We highly value the customer satisfaction surveys and Google reviews that we get from our customers about the jobs performed.
  • Have an Eye for Perfection: You’ll need a high level of attention to detail.
  • Identify Additional Opportunities to Help the Customer: Our customers view you as the trusted expert to make the best recommendations for their current and future needs.

This Job Is NOT For You If . . .

You are okay with measurements being “close enough”. That won’t work here. Measurements need to be super accurate to a fraction of an inch so that the glass will fit the first time.

  • Excellent compensation $18-$22/hour (DOE) plus annual bonus based on performance.
