Internal Sales Support

The Jauch group, with its headquarters in Germany, is a specialist in quartz crystals, oscillators, and battery technology. Established in 1954, Jauch is a key player in the frequency control product industry and a recognized expert in lithium ion and lithium polymer technology. Jauch Quartz America, Inc., established in 2002, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jauch Quartz GmbH.

We are currently looking someone to join our internal sales support team in our Palm Desert, CA office.

This is an entry level position with the possibility to move up within the organization.

Basic computer skills (MS Office) are a necessity. Experience working in customer service or sales, especially the electronics industry is beneficial. Experience working with software programs such as SAP would be highly desirable. Applicants must be fluent and accurate in oral and written English and have attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. We need someone who likes working within a small tight-knit team and who understands and follows company policies, procedures, and objectives.

This is a full-time (Monday-Friday, 8 hrs/day, no weekends), office-based position. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Daily work includes, but is not limited to:

· Creating and maintaining customer records on the company ERP system

(SAP)

· Quoting, quote follow up and order entry

· Assisting customers with various queries

· Resolving customer and order management issues

· Receiving goods and stock management

· Shipping and invoicing

· Responding to phone calls

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
