We are looking for a International Accounting Manager for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Finance department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.
Requirements
What makes you special?
- Graduate of Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields,
- Minimum 7–10 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably 3–5 years in a managerial role,
- Experience in international companies or multi-country operations,
- Advanced proficiency in English (reading–writing–speaking); Arabic is a plus,
- Strong knowledge of Turkish and international tax/accounting regulations,
- Experience with IFRS, local GAAP and international reporting standards,
- Proficiency in ERP systems (LOGO) and MS Office applications,
- Strong leadership and team management skills,
- Analytical, strategic, solution-oriented, and proactive,
- Globally minded and adaptable to change.
What will you do?

Coordinating the establishment, accounting, and tax processes of newly opened offices abroad,
- Maintaining regular communication with local consultants, tax advisors, and authorities,
- Monitoring compliance with country-specific regulations and reporting to management,
- Researching and implementing tax advantages,
- Collaborating with the accounting team at headquarters,
- Managing related-party transactions and driving process improvements,
- Ensuring the accuracy and timely preparation of financial reports,
- Building financial and accounting structures aligned with the company’s global growth strategy,
- Developing internal control systems to minimize risks,
- Preparing regular financial statements, tax analyses, and reports for management,
- Establishing accounting and tax processes from scratch for new country launches.
