Job Purpose:

Assist in presenting legal review regarding MCV international relation

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- draft and review contracts, agreements and NDA's- develop internal compliance policies and applications- present legal opinion in international trade with consideration of the Egyptian laws and regulations - execute due diligence reviews and processes- provide legal studies about relevant laws in countries where the company business may expandMain KPI Key Performance indicators:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in law - English or French Section

• postgraduate in "International law of commerce" is an asset

- 3 - 6 years experience in the field of international law of commerce
