Your Role: Drive Global Growth

This is not a routine sales job — it’s your opportunity to develop as a high-performing international sales professional.
You’ll work with global B2B clients, manage your own sales pipeline, and play a direct role in driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns and handle inbound leads from international B2B clients.
• Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying to negotiation and closing deals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive repeat business.
• Accurately manage your pipeline using our CRM system and consistently achieve your sales targets.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in international B2B sales, client acquisition, or outbound sales.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Fluent English communication (verbal and written) with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Availability for night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT, Monday to Saturday).

Compensation & Growth Path

Your earnings reflect your performance — the harder you work, the more you earn.

Base Salary: ₨50,000 – ₨60,000 per month
Incentives: Clear path to ₨150,000+ per month based on performance
Growth: Paid training, sales certification opportunities, and promotion paths to Senior Sales Executive and International Sales Manager
