What do we expect from our new team member?

Contribute to the implementation of international brand and marketing strategies, taking an active role in projects aligned with global brand objectives.

Take responsibility for executing brand and innovation initiatives, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.

Assist in preparing and monitoring brand and marketing budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
-
Track brand performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and present improvement areas to the manager.

Develop creative ideas to drive brand growth and coordinate their implementation.
-
Conduct market research and data analysis, preparing insights and reports to guide product positioning and go-to-market activities.
-
Coordinate regional marketing campaigns to ensure alignment and consistency across markets.
-
Contribute to digital marketing activities, including social media content management and digital advertising operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, R&D, Finance, Trade Marketing, and Market Research for international product launches.

Manage daily operational processes related to brand projects and campaigns, ensuring follow-up and reporting of results.
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economy, and/or related fields,
-
3 years of experience in brand management with at least a year in international or global roles preferably within the FMCG sector,
-
Experienced in team management,
-
Proven experience in taking on full responsibility for a brand as well as developing and implementing effective marketing strategies,
-
Strong understanding of brand management, product lifecycle, and consumer behavior in diverse markets.
-
Proven track record of launching products and campaigns internationally.
-
Hands-on experience with budget management and P&L,
-
Advanced proficiency in English, additional proficiency in French is a plus,
-
A result-oriented perspective with a focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement,

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively across functions and teams,

Good grasp of organizational and project management skills,

Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
