Qu essentials Pvt Ltd is a food processing company engaged in promoting healthy foods in India with a manufacturing facility in KIADB Industrial Area, Malur and having sales office in Whitefield, Bangalore. We are a growth stage company having 40 employees with around 10MillionUS$ in turnover and having more than 1000 clients to serve.

Eligibility Criteria:

• BBA/MBA/BMS/PGDM in International Business/Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 yr. exp. in dealing with International sales of Agro commodities like Chilli,Sesame,Pumpkin Seeds,Millets,Quinoa,Chia Seeds etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Looking for energetic person who is having keen interest in knowing & understanding people, can make good business relations.
• Should be good in lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and offer appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
• Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports.
