Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and expand into new export markets while building and nurturing strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
• Conduct market research to support strategic business expansion and identify new opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sales support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee and coordinate the order process for export customers, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of herbal products and their applications in global markets.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc / M.Sc / B. Pharma / M. Pharma
