The company specializes in supplying customized brass components to multiple global sectors including automotive, aerospace, construction, plumbing, electrical, and heavy engineering.

About the Role

The International Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving global sales, developing new international markets, acquiring new customers, and managing international client relationships. The role includes online/in-house export marketing, lead generation, client communication, negotiation, and coordination with internal teams for seamless export operations.

Key Role Objectives

Identify and target potential international buyers, distributors, importers, OEMs, and wholesalers.

Conduct cold calling, emailing, and online outreach to generate new export leads.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve long-term business growth.

Manage pricing, quotations, negotiations, and contract finalizations with overseas clients.

Handle online export marketing activities using portals, LinkedIn, and global marketplaces.

Understand customer requirements across sectors such as automotive, aerospace, construction, and heavy engineering.

Explore new international markets and expand global customer base.

Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, logistics, and documentation) to ensure timely order execution.

Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B networking events (if applicable).

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and global pricing strategies.

Basic Requirements

Technical & Industry Knowledge

Understanding of various metal components, materials, and manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, and machining.

Knowledge of product specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO).

Awareness of export procedures, documentation, Incoterms, customs, and global trade regulations.

Familiarity with freight forwarding, logistics, and shipping coordination.

Functional Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international clients.

Experience in LinkedIn networking and digital B2B platforms.

Ability to negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms confidently.

Capability to handle international lead generation, market research, and sales reporting.
