We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in Digital Marketing/Branding/Ad Agency to drive our client's growth in global markets. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, or advertising services and a proven track record of acquiring new international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive international sales growth by managing the complete business development lifecycle.
- Identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities in target international markets (e.g., LinkedIn, cold outreach, industry events).
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through to contract closing (Pipeline Management).
- Consult with potential clients to understand their needs and align agency services (SEO, PPC, creative, web development, etc.) as the solution (Needs Assessment).
- Ensure seamless internal collaboration by working closely with the delivery and account management teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system (Reporting).
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in B2B international sales or business development (preferably within a digital marketing, branding, or ad agency).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed international sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional remote communication (video calls and email).
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and agency services.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks across different time zones.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
