Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Business Development Manager to lead global expansion efforts, identify new market opportunities, and build strong international partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities and markets
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global clients and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies
• Develop and implement business development plans to achieve revenue targets
• Lead negotiations, contract development, and deal closures
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with company goals
• Represent the company at international events, trade shows, and meetings
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in international business development or similar role
• Strong understanding of global markets and cross-border business practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to travel internationally as required
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
