Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client for a dynamic and target-driven professional for the role of Assistant Manager / Manager – Sales & Business Development (Export) based in Karachi.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in export sales, international business development, and client relationship management within a competitive trade and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales growth and meet assigned revenue targets
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans for export markets
• Expand international customer base and strengthen market presence
• Conduct client meetings for acquisition, retention, and relationship building
• Generate new export sales leads and identify overseas opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
• Drive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts
• Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction with upselling opportunities
• Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams for smooth order execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development (Export / Logistics / Freight Forwarding preferred)
• Strong B2B sales, international client acquisition, and account management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and market expansion skills
