Icon Global (Private) Limited is a growing organization working in the hotel textile industry, supplying premium-quality linens, towels, bedding, and hospitality textile solutions to international clients, primarily in the United States.

We are currently hiring motivated and target-driven professionals to join our International Sales Team (US Market – Night Shift) at our DHA Phase II office, Karachi.

Role Overview

As an International Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and managing B2B sales opportunities with hotels, resorts, and hospitality buyers in the US market. This is a high-performance outbound sales role requiring strong communication, persistence, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B relationships with hotels, resorts, and hospitality procurement teams in the US
• Reach out to purchasing managers, procurement heads, and decision-makers
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
• Present and sell hotel textile products (linens, towels, bedding, and related solutions)
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Record all activities and client interactions in CRM (Zoho CRM preferred)
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client servicing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales / B2B / international sales / call center sales
• Strong English communication & negotiation skills
• Comfortable working night shift (US market hours)
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM is a plus)
• MS Office proficiency

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
