Sales Executive - Chats

We are looking for Chat Sales Executives to join our team for handling customer interactions on platforms like Twitch and Discord. This is a chat-based sales role, ideal for individuals who are confident in English communication and enjoy engaging with online communities.

Your primary responsibility will be to interact with potential customers, build interest, and convert conversations into sales through text-based communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with users through chat on Twitch and Discord and other platforms.

- Build rapport and maintain professional conversations.

- Convert leads into paying customers.

- Follow provided guidelines and sales strategies.

- Maintain basic records of conversations and outcomes.

Requirements:

- Strong written English communication skills(must-have).

- Basic understanding of online platforms like Twitch/Discord (preferred).

- Ability to handle conversations confidently and professionally.

- Fresh to mid-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Willingness to work onsite

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: PKR 20,000 – 80,000 (based on skills).

- Training to fresh candidates will be provided.

- Performance-based incentives and commission.

Location: North Karachi, sector 11C-3(Onsite)

Shift Timing: 10pm-7am(night shift)
