We are looking for a game-changing, strategic International Business Development Manager (BDM) ready to spearhead our client's next phase of global expansion. If you have deep expertise in the digital marketing/branding agency space and a proven history of developing and closing high-value, complex deals in international territories, you are the leader we need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pioneer and execute comprehensive international market entry strategies to achieve aggressive sales and revenue targets for global domination.
  • Drive sustainable international sales growth by managing the complete business development lifecycle, focusing specifically on strategic and high-value, enterprise accounts.
  • Proactively identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities across target international markets using strategic outreach methods.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, including qualification, precise solution architecting, negotiation, and definitive contract closing (Expert Pipeline Management).
  • Consult and partner with C-level prospects to understand complex business needs and position our agency's services (SEO, PPC, creative, web development, etc.) as customized, high-impact strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our leadership and high-performing delivery teams to ensure flawless proposal execution and client success.
  • Own the global sales forecast and maintain accurate, detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM system (Accurate Forecasting and Reporting).

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of demonstrable experience in B2B international sales, business development, or account management, with a track record of selling digital marketing, branding, or advertising services.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed international sales quotas.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiations to executive-level stakeholders globally.
  • Strong commercial business acumen and a comprehensive, current understanding of the international digital marketing and agency landscape.
  • Highly adept at working autonomously, managing multiple high-stakes priorities, and successfully navigating sales environments across diverse global time zones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
