Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced International Cuisine Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing a wide variety of global dishes and the ability to deliver high-quality meals with authentic flavors and excellent presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a diverse range of international dishes (e.g., Asian, Middle Eastern, European, Continental, etc.)
- Develop and update menus featuring global cuisines
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Manage inventory, food costs, and ingredient sourcing
- Train and supervise kitchen staff if required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef specializing in international cuisine
- Strong knowledge of global cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering services
- Creativity in menu planning and food presentation
- Knowledge of multiple cuisines and fusion cooking
