The company is a well-established vintage apparel business based in Karachi, serving retailers and customers across Europe and the UK. With export operations managed internationally, the company is now launching a new Call Center department as part of its growth strategy to enhance customer experience, sales conversions, and operational excellence.

Position: Outbound Customer Sales Representative (International CSR)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers in the UK and Europe who have previously purchased.
  • Promote discounts, special offers, and new product launches.
  • Re-engage inactive customers and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Handle customer questions during outbound interactions and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Achieve individual and team sales/conversion targets.
  • Accurately update CRM with call outcomes, customer feedback, and follow-up actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum A/O Levels or Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Ability to confidently present offers, explain value, and influence customer decisions.
  • Comfortable working with daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Quickly learning product details, promotions, and selling points.
  • Managing high call volumes while maintaining quality and conversion focus.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Creating engaging conversations that keep customers interested.
  • Knowing when and how to convert interest into a confirmed order or commitment.
  • Re-engaging inactive or repeat customers and encouraging loyalty.

Location: Bath Island, Clifton, Karachi

Shifts: 9-hour shifts (between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 65,000 Excluding incentives and conveyance allowance

Work days: 5 days

Age Criteria: Max 28
