Customer Support Associate – International Process

Location: Infopark, Ernakulam, Kerala

Shift: Night Shift

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Process: Blended (Voice & Documentation)

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a Blended International Process. The role involves interacting with international customers to collect missing documents and ensure accurate processing as per defined guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduation is Mandatory
• Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in International BPO / Blended Process is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month
• 5-day work week
• Saturday & Sunday fixed off
• Pick-up and drop facility available
• Work Mode: Office-based

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact international customers via calls and emails to collect missing documents
• Verify, review, and process documents accurately
• Update internal systems and maintain proper documentation records
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process completion

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
