International Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to lead generation efforts. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls, building rapport, and promoting our services to prospective clients. The goal is to set appointments for our sales representatives, enhance lead conversion rates, and support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Use the CRM system daily to manage and promptly update the pipeline of prospects and potential leads.
• Build rapport with potential clients, demonstrating the ability to address and overcome objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and follow-up actions within the CRM.

• Interpersonal Skills: Proficient in communication and building rapport with prospective clients.

• Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations is advantageous.
