Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused International Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling international clients, resolving queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience through calls, emails, or chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Respond to customer queries via calls, email, or chat
- Resolve complaints efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Meet performance targets and quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international customer service or call center
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in night shift
- Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with US/UK campaigns is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
