International Customer Support Executive (No Sales Targets)

ABS International (Gulistan-e-Johar) is the Principal US Business (16 Years Operational). We are looking for 30+ Support Executives for our In-House US Operations. This is a 100% Non-Sales Role. You will never be asked to sell. Your only job is to help customers.

THE OFFER (Fixed & Stable):

• Salary: PKR 45,000 – 55,000 (Fixed Base Salary).
• Bonus: Earn up to PKR 20,000+ monthly based on Attendance & Quality.
• Total Take Home: Reliable agents earn 65k – 75k.
• Stability: No "Campaign Closures." We are the Direct Client.

THE ROLE:

• Help: Answer inbound queries via Phone & Chat for US customers.
• Solve: Fix technical issues and account problems.
• Relax: Focus on quality service, not sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• English: Fluent English with a Neutral Accent is Mandatory.
• Experience: 6+ Months in any International BPO (Support or Sales).
• Shift: Night Shift (06:00 PM – 02:00 AM).
• Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14.
