Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division for an International Customer Support Specialist. Responsibilities include providing efficient customer support and technical assistance, maintaining high customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a superior customer experience. The role involves analyzing customer needs, delivering solutions, and collaborating with team members to continuously improve performance and service standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship building
  • Experience with Technical Support and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Prior experience in the BPO or customer service industry is an added advantage
