• Resolve complex inbound customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with 90%+ accuracy.
• Develop product knowledge and document customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year international BPO / call center experience.
• Professional English (C1) — clear verbal & written communication.
• Comfort with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and technical aptitude; night-shift availability required.
