We Are Hiring: Dental Sales Specialist (Experienced Candidates Only)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dental Sales Specialist with strong language abilities to join our expanding international team. If you are confident in your expertise and thrive in a results-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications

  • Native-level English proficiency is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of dental sales experience within the past 5 years is required.
  • Proficiency in an additional language such as French or Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree required.
  • Knowledge and active utilization of the Bright-Plans platform is required.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Solid understanding of dental treatments and clinical procedures.
  • Preferably based on the European side of Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the clinic’s international patient network through proactive outbound communication.
  • Coordinate the entire patient journey, from initial consultation to treatment completion.
  • Clearly explain treatment options to patients through both written and verbal communication.
  • Support patients throughout their treatment process and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • Deliver comprehensive aftercare guidance and ongoing assistance.
  • Prepare and manage treatment quotations while overseeing financial processes between patients and the clinic.
  • Collaborate effectively within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering an outstanding patient experience.
  • Utilize office software efficiently; familiarity with Bitrix CRM platform is considered a strong asset.
  • Adapt to a flexible and fast-paced work schedule.
