The Opportunity
PepsiCo’s International Digital Commerce team is focused on growing online sales of PepsiCo brands by accelerating best-in-class Digital Commerce practices & capabilities across International markets. We are a collaborative, fast-moving, and impact-driven team of digital experts that is part of the broader International CCO organization, led by Roberto Martinez.
We’re seeking a Digital Commerce Associate Manager who is creative, analytical, and globally minded to support cross-functional and cross-market initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Digital Commerce teams in local international markets to drive commercial excellence and build a strong foundation for future growth.
Your Impact
As International Digital Commerce Associate Manager your scope would consist of:
PepsiCo International Digital Commerce Associate Manager will support the International Digital Commerce Sr. Manager across:
Performance Tracking & Reporting

Support international Digital Commerce performance tracking and reporting processes to benchmark progress.

Identify opportunities for automation and improved data visualization in partnership with S&T DTX team
Global Community Engagement
-
Assist in evolving the Global Digital Commerce Community by fostering engagement across markets
-
Help coordinate and facilitate global connects, workshops, and best practice sharing sessions.
Knowledge Management
-
Help build and maintain a centralized Global Digital Commerce knowledge base.

Curate and organize resources, playbooks, and training materials to ensure accessibility and relevance.
Trend Monitoring & Thought Leadership
-
Stay informed on global digital commerce trends, innovations, and competitive benchmarks.

Share insights and contribute to strategic discussions around emerging opportunities.
Playbook Development
-
Partner across the global organization to codify Digital Commerce strategies into scalable playbooks & processes - topics may include Perfect Digital Store, World Class Customer Engagement, Retail Media, ‘How to Win’ across Digital Commerce Sub-Channels (eGrocery, Rapid Delivery, Aggregators, Parcel Ship)
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
-
BA required (MBA preferred)
Experience
-
2-4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm with exposure to consumer/retail clients OR experience in a major CPG company in strategic functions (e.g., Category Management, Insights, Digital Transformation) and/or experience working across multiple markets
-
Previous experience in eCommerce strongly preferred
Ideal candidate would have to following skills:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking with sound business judgment

Structured logical thinking with ability to define problems and frameworks, demonstrate an understanding of key value drivers

Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting tools (e.g., dashboards, KPIs); hands-on experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones

Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional projects
-
High level of curiosity and passion for digital commerce trends across the globe

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities at once

Persistence and resilience in the pursuit of objectives, ability to shift gears easily, willingness to take on new challenges and works to resolve issues

Comfort in ambiguity - adaptability in less-structured environments (able to “jump in” and contribute even when facts are not yet 100% clear)

Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to “manage up” and seek guidance when needed

High attention to detail and focus on driving processes through successful execution

Global outlook with cultural sensitivity; foreign language skills are a strong plus
