International E-Commerce Marketplace – Digital Marketing Specialist/Executive

Job Description


We are looking for a results-driven International E-Commerce Marketplace – Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize performance marketing activities across global marketplaces.

This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving visibility, and maximizing advertising efficiency through data-driven strategies and continuous optimization. Marketplace marketing knowledge and hands-on campaign management experience are critical for success in this position.


Digital Advertising & Performance


  • Setup, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads campaigns
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis of marketplace advertising models
  • Daily campaign monitoring, bid management, and budget optimization
  • Track and continuously improve key KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate


Conversion & Visibility Optimization


  • Optimize product detail pages in line with advertising and conversion performance goals
  • Improve search visibility and organic ranking performance
  • Execute A/B testing strategies and analyze creative performance
  • Manage SEO initiatives within marketplace ecosystems
  • Compliance & Best Practices


    • Ensure compliance with marketplace advertising policies and guidelines
    • Monitor platform updates and new advertising models; adapt strategies accordingly
    • Implement best practices to maintain competitive advantage


    Data & Reporting


    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
    • Analyze sales and advertising data to generate actionable insights
    • Develop data-driven action plans and optimization roadmaps
    • Track churn rate and new user acquisition performance
    • Analyze social media-driven campaigns and evaluate their impact on marketplace performance


    Qualifications


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
    • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketplace digital marketing or performance marketing
    • Strong knowledge of international e-commerce marketplace dynamics and processes
    • Hands-on experience managing Sponsored Ads and performance campaigns
    • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
    • Experience with performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate
    • Familiarity with SEO principles within marketplace environments
    • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization strategies
    • Strong communication and reporting skills
    • Fluent English (written & spoken)
    • Experience in Russia or CIS marketplaces is considered a strong asset
    • Knowledge of regional marketplace dynamics, consumer behavior, and advertising ecosystems in Russia/CIS is a plus
