International E-Commerce Product Manager

We are looking for an
International E-Commerce Product Manager
who will play a pivotal role in driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence across our international online business.
Purpose of the Role
This role is responsible for managing seasonal stock allocation and sales processes across responsible categories and countries, ensuring brand sales, profit, and terminal stock targets are achieved. By working closely with brand management and product teams, the role will:

Drive effective stock, sales, and allocation processes to secure product availability at the right time and place.

Manage site content, product launches, and marketing activities to maximize visibility and conversion.

Provide mentorship to team members and contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee category- and country-based stock management, including availability, excess stock, and in-season replenishment.

Plan and monitor stock allocation and shipment strategies based on sales potential, seasonal dynamics, and special launches.

Collaborate with brand, content, and marketing teams to deliver site content, product menu, filter structures, and campaign launches.

Execute competitor analysis and take actions to enhance customer accessibility to products and combinations.

Support decision-making on stock transfers and production (FT/RPT) in collaboration with relevant teams.

Mentor team members, foster accountability, and contribute to continuous process and system improvements.

Ensure alignment with brand strategies and achieve KPI/OKR targets with a focus on accountability.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
-
Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in E-Commerce, Merchandising, or Product Management.

International experience in retail or fashion industry is an asset.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Technical Expertise

Stock, sales, and allocation management.

E-commerce site content and campaign management.

Data-driven decision making and competitor analysis.
Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.
