International E commerce Senior Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can independently manage end-to-end international e-commerce operations. The candidate will take full ownership of Amazon AE, Amazon.com (Outright Model), Walmart Marketplace, and onboarding new global marketplaces without dependency.

Key Responsibilities1. Amazon AE & Amazon.com (Outright Model) Management

• Receive, confirm, and process POs.
• Prepare export invoices, packing lists, carton-wise details.
• Create ASN, shipping labels, and carton labels.
• Coordinate international shipments with DHL, FedEx, Aramex, etc.
• Manage listings, pricing, and content updates.
• Monitor account health and ensure compliance.
• Raise and track support cases with Amazon.

2. Walmart Marketplace Operations

• Upload and maintain catalogs & listings.
• Manage inventory updates and syncing.
• Process orders and coordinate dispatch.
• Resolve violations and improve listing quality.
• Manage support tickets efficiently.

3. New International Marketplaces Onboarding

• Identify potential global e-commerce portals.
• Complete account registration, KYC & verification.
• Prepare category mapping and upload templates.
• Upload & test listings, activate products, and launch portals.
• Handle all operational activities independently.

4. Listing, Catalog & Content Management

• Create optimized titles, bullets, and keywords as per global standards.
• Fix suppressed listings and detail page errors.
• Ensure content is accurate, SEO-driven, and compliant.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

5. Inventory, Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

• Coordinate stock levels with warehouse teams.
• Prepare export shipment documentation.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Plan inventory forecasting for international portals.

6. Daily Operations & Reporting

• Monitor pricing, buybox, and daily sales.
• Perform competitor tracking and trend analysis.
• Prepare daily MIS and weekly performance reports.
• Identify issues proactively and resolve them.

Skills Required

• Hands-on expertise with Amazon AE, Amazon.com & Walmart Marketplace.
• Knowledge of export documentation & international shipping.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, reporting).
• Excellent communication & coordination capabilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple international portals with full ownership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
