Role Summary:
You will be part of the International Expansion team responsible for designing, validating, and scaling our international curricullum schools. This is a full-stack role spanning discovery, strategy, execution, and commercial ownership. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a senior leader. Over time, you will own entire markets or initiatives.
Responsibilities
Research markets, users, and competitors to surface opportunities
Help design and refine our core offering across geographies
Own PMF validation through pilots, data, and real-world feedback
Drive cross-functional execution with clear plans, milestones, and accountability
Build and execute GTM strategies across acquisition channels and partnerships
Own commercial performance: pricing, margins, revenue targets, and trade-offs
What We’re Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communicator with structured thinking
Curious, self-driven, and ambitious about growth
Comfortable with numbers and analytical work
Fluent in Arabic and English
4+ years of experience with increasing responsibility (flexible
