Role Summary:

You will be part of the International Expansion team responsible for designing, validating, and scaling our international curricullum schools. This is a full-stack role spanning discovery, strategy, execution, and commercial ownership. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a senior leader. Over time, you will own entire markets or initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Research markets, users, and competitors to surface opportunities

• Help design and refine our core offering across geographies

• Own PMF validation through pilots, data, and real-world feedback

• Drive cross-functional execution with clear plans, milestones, and accountability

• Build and execute GTM strategies across acquisition channels and partnerships

• Own commercial performance: pricing, margins, revenue targets, and trade-offs

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communicator with structured thinking

• Curious, self-driven, and ambitious about growth

• Comfortable with numbers and analytical work

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• 4+ years of experience with increasing responsibility (flexible
