We are looking for an experienced International Export Sales Manager to lead and grow our global perfume business. The role is responsible for expanding international market presence, managing distributor networks, and driving sustainable export sales growth in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new international markets and commercial opportunities for perfume products.
  • Build and manage strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and strategic accounts to enhance market coverage and brand visibility.
  • Design and implement effective export sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share across overseas regions.
  • Drive sales performance while maintaining agreed profit margins and commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments including sales support, marketing, production, and supply chain to ensure product readiness and timely fulfillment.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to track trends, customer behavior, and pricing movements, supporting informed strategic decisions.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with distributors and key customers covering pricing, contracts, and trading terms.
  • Review sales results, customer feedback, and market performance, initiating corrective actions and improvement plans where required.
  • Prepare structured sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for senior management review.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export documentation processes.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Export Sales Manager role or similar leadership position within the perfume or fragrance industry.
  • Strong background in international B2B sales and distributor/channel management.
  • Solid understanding of global perfume markets, product positioning, and competitive landscapes.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving export sales targets and expanding international market presence.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in sales planning, forecasting, and budget management.
  • Good working knowledge of export regulations, trade compliance, and customs procedures.
