International Football Consultant – Women’s Football (Saudi Arabia)

We are recruiting an International Football Consultant to work in the development and intermediation of women’s football athletes, with a focus on opportunities in clubs in Saudi Arabia.

The professional will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building connections with clubs, and supporting negotiation processes for placing Brazilian and other international players in the global market.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with football clubs and agents, especially within the Saudi Arabian market
• Identify opportunities for women football players in international clubs
• Support negotiations between athletes, clubs, and representatives
• Act as a communication bridge between Brazil and Saudi Arabia
• Monitor transfer processes and contracts (commercial and strategic support)

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of the football environment (clubs, agents, athletes, or sports management)
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Experience or networking with Saudi Arabian clubs
• Strong communication skills, commercial profile, and business-oriented mindset
• Availability for remote work and international negotiations

Desirable (not mandatory):

• Experience with women’s football
• Previous work as an agent, intermediary, or scout
• International experience or contacts in the Saudi Arabian market
