International Sales Executive (Inbound)

Location: Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift) | Monday – Friday

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and target-driven individuals to join our International Sales Team. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills and are passionate about building a successful career in international sales.

As an International Sales Executive, you will handle inbound customer interactions, understand client requirements, provide suitable solutions, and drive sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international customers and convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
• Communicate professionally and effectively in English with international customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Prior experience in international sales, inbound sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targe

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
