Indian International Lawyer (Contract) in El-Fujairah, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Indian International Lawyer to join our team on a contract basis in El-Fujairah, UAE. As an international lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support to our clients on matters related to international law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various international legal issues
• Advise clients on the legal implications of their business decisions and transactions
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and arbitration proceedings
• Stay updated on changes in international laws and regulations that may impact our clients
• Collaborate with other lawyers and legal professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor 0or Master a0s degree in Law from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing international law
• Strong understanding of international laws, treaties, and customs
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Must be an Indian national currently residing in El-Fujairah or willing to relocate for the duration of the contract
