We are seeking a legal professional with a strong command of leasing, subleasing, and legal recovery cases, and deep familiarity with UAE real estate regulations. This is a high-impact role working directly with our management, leasing, and property teams to support the legal framework of our rapidly expanding property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

· Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements, sublease agreements, tenancy contracts, and other real estate-related documents in line with UAE laws and Dubai Land Department (DLD) guidelines.

· Advise internal teams on legal risks and opportunities in leasing transactions (residential, commercial, and mixed-use).

· Ensure company-wide compliance with Ejari regulations and coordinate with DLD, RERA, and other regulatory authorities.

· Represent the company in legal disputes before the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre (RDSC) and other relevant forums.

· Oversee legal proceedings related to tenant disputes, evictions, and dues recovery.

· Monitor legislative changes and ensure internal policies remain up-to-date and compliant.

· Coordinate with external legal counsel, government entities, and stakeholders on complex legal matters.

· Provide day-to-day legal support to leasing, recovery, and property management teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years of UAE-based legal experience in real estate leasing and recoveries.
  • In-depth understanding of UAE tenancy, real estate, and court procedures.
  • Proven expertise in handling legal recovery and dispute cases involving tenants or landlords.
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding legal Arabic is essential.
  • Prior experience within a real estate or property management company is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage. Fluency in English (both written and spoken), Arabic is an advantage.
