International Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a positive individual for full-time employment as a Logistics Coordinator for our rapidly growing company!

Responsibilities of the Position

• Implement company policies and procedures, and monitor accuracy
• Recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions
• Organize, plan and prioritize work be developing specific goals and plans
• Knowledge of FedEx, USPS, Stamps.com, UPS and LTL
• Negotiating shipping prices, both international and domestic
• Manage international freight both during and after hours
• Utilizing QuickBooks daily for processing sales orders, purchase orders and invoices
• Manage trade show material orders and shipping needs
• Overseeing daily inventory cycle counts management and approving shipments

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of inventory and international shipping/receiving
• Forklift and pallet wrapping experience preferred
• Good time management is required
• Communication skills, verbal and written
• Critical thinking and problem solving ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications, QuickBooks, as well as advanced computer skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
• Possess good judgment and attention to detail
• Energetic and positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,838.00 - $67,120.00 per year
