Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a
“International Logistics Specialist"
in Global Supply Chain Directorate. The position is based in
“Altunizade, İstanbul.”
Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end export operations, including order processing, planning, shipment, and customs clearance.

Coordinate operational processes with international customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
-
Monitor and report sea, air, and land transportation operations.
-
Prepare and verify export documentation (bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.).
-
Ensure all export procedures comply with customs regulations and international trade standards.
-
Support cost analysis, freight quotation collection, and price comparison processes.
-
Maintain effective coordination between the export department and other departments such as sales, purchasing, and finance.
-
Coordinate inland transportation, warehousing, and port logistics to optimize shipment lead times and costs.
-
Track shipment performance metrics (lead time, freight cost, demurrage/detention) and prepare regular logistics reports.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to logistics process optimization and digitalization.
Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Maritime Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge of export/import regulations, customs legislation, and international trade documentation.

Good command of written and spoken English; a second foreign language

Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills with international stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and cost efficiency.
-
Experience in bulk vessel operations, port logistics, and terminal coordination is required.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office programs and preferably ERP systems.

Ability to prepare and analyze freight, demurrage, and cost reports.
-
No restrictions on international travel.

Familiarity with Incoterms, international shipping procedures, and trade finance documents

Understanding of inventory management, 3PL/4PL logistics, and supply chain optimization.

Manage bulk vessel loading operations and ensure coordination of port activities, including cargo planning, port documentation, and terminal communication.

Supervise vessel agency coordination, draft survey, loading/discharging schedules, and cargo handling operations.

Basic understanding of digital logistics tools (track & trace, EDI systems, TMS/WMS platforms)
Experience:
-
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in export and international logistics operations.

Knowledge of export/import regulations and documentation processes.
-
Knowledge of maritime and port safety regulations, and environmental compliance procedures.
