As HUMAN KAPİTAL, we are seeking an International Markets Business Development & Strategy Manager for our client, a well-established and rapidly growing pharmaceutical company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• Fluent English; proficiency in Russian or Arabic is an asset
• Strong command of MS Office programs
• Solution-oriented approach with the ability to reflect this mindset in business processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, applied confidently in decision-making processes
