We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing team. Our company manages multiple brands and clients across various industries, and we are committed to delivering high-performing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns focused on conversions, lead generation, sales growth, and brand awareness. Candidates with experience in Google Ads will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute effective advertising strategies across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) aligned with client objectives, target audience, and business goals.
Meta & Google Ads Management
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
Ad Creation & Optimization
Create compelling ad copy, coordinate high-quality creatives, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, ROAS, and overall performance.
Audience Targeting & Research
Conduct detailed audience research using demographics, interests, behaviors, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies to maximize ROI.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance daily by analyzing KPIs such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Budget Management
Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to achieve campaign objectives while maintaining cost-effectiveness and scalability.
A/B Testing & Experimentation
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, placements, and landing pages to identify the best-performing combinations.
Pixel & Conversion Tracking
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
Collaboration with Creative & Content Teams
Work closely with designers, video editors, and content teams to develop ad creatives that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
Trend Analysis & Market Research
Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
