Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate International Patient Care Representative to join our planning team. This position focuses on organizing and tracking treatment plans, managing communication with patients after their procedures, and ensuring they receive continuous support and follow-up once they return home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking international patients’ treatment timelines and case progress.
• Communicate with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and provide aftercare guidance.
• Prepare and update treatment reports and patient records accurately.
• Support in addressing patient concerns and ensuring smooth communication during the aftercare period.

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an international environment, preferably in the medical, hospitality, or customer service sectors.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Patient-centered mindset and attention to detail.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00
Saturday: Remote (after completing the probationary period)
