Job Description
We are looking for a patient consultant who is experienced in marketing, sales, customer relations, and management.

Required Skills
- Answering future questionsArrangement of appointments
- Making the necessary programming for patient transfer and accommodation
- Sharing information about servicesPost-treatment follow-up and communication with the doctor when necessary
- Providing promotion and support by communicating face to face with patients when necessary
- Preparation of reports required for all transactions
- Taking an active role in promotion and information activities in line with the needs
- Responds to Chat, Online Chat, Call Request, and Online Appointment requests
- Providing live support to the patient on the chat site and organizes an appointment
- Coordination of patient requests on the website with the clinic.
