International Patient Sales Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven International Patient Sales Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting international patient inquiries into confirmed treatment plans, providing clear communication, and delivering an excellent patient experience throughout the process.

This role is based in the clinic and focuses on patients interested in voice surgery, rhinoplasty, and facial aesthetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international patient leads via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
• Provide detailed information about procedures, pricing, and recovery timelines.
• Build trust and maintain ongoing communication until the booking stage.
• Collaborate closely with the medical and coordination team to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Follow up with leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and conversions.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Additional languages such as Russian, French, or Spanish are highly valued.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Previous experience in medical tourism, patient coordination, or sales is a strong advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and goal-oriented mindset.
