Position: International Procurement Engineer
Location: Nagpur, MH
Experience: 2+ Years Salary
Range: 3LPA - 12LPA
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure components/materials from international suppliers.
• Utilize international purchase portals like Alibaba, Made-in-China, etc. to identify reliable vendors.
• Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and ensure compliance with import/export requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Quality) to ensure material compatibility.
• Track overseas shipments, logistics, and resolve any delivery or customs-related issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor performance reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and support forecasting of material needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Relevant Field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international procurement or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience with international sourcing portals (Alibaba, Made-in-China, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, shipping, incoterms, and import documentation is required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
