International Product Sourcing and Vendor Coordination

About the Role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Executive who can keep things moving smoothly across both brands, Capes India and Mesmerize India. The role needs someone sharp, organised, and comfortable handling multiple moving parts , stocks, vendors, timelines, imports, and internal coordination.

You’ll ensure products never go out of stock, reorders happen on time, vendors stay aligned, and the supply chain runs without bottlenecks. This is a hands-on role where accuracy and speed matter every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain coordination for both Capes India and Mesmerize India, ensuring all flows are smooth from procurement to dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor fast-moving SKUs, and raise timely alerts.
• Manage reordering cycles, prepare purchase plans, and follow up until material reaches the warehouse.
• Coordinate with domestic vendors for production, packaging, and procurement.
• Coordinate with Chinese vendors for sourcing, sampling, pricing, timelines, and shipment follow-ups.
• Work with freight forwarders, check shipment status, and ensure timely customs clearance.
• Track inventory movements daily and keep systems updated.
• Assist with sourcing new materials, new product components, and better vendor options when required.
• Work closely with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure accurate inwarding and stock availability.
• Maintain clean documentation: POs, GRNs, quality check logs, and vendor communication.
• Help streamline supply chain workflows and reduce delays or stock-outs.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Previous Experience in Product Sourcing and Vendor Co-ordination from China
• Ability to handle multiple vendors and fast-paced communication
• Good understanding of stock management and procurement cycles
• Experience with import coordination is a strong advantage
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP/Inventory systems
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and disciplined with timelines
• Prior experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations is preferred
