Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Property Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, and the ability to serve international clients with professionalism and cultural awareness. This role requires excellent communication skills, global market understanding, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property sales and leasing transactions for international clients.
• Provide expert advice on property values, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Conduct property viewings and coordinate with landlords, developers, and tenants.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international investors and buyers.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and global market developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and international investment advisory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA/DMT certification is a plus.
