We are seeking a dynamic and globally oriented International Property Specialist to join our expanding team and support clients from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist international clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations.
• Provide expert guidance on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including off‑plan and ready properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas investors, buyers, and relocation clients.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
• Stay updated on market trends, developer launches, and global investment patterns.
• Generate leads through networking, international outreach, and referrals.
• Deliver a seamless and professional client experience from first contact to handover.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or investment advisory (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Fluency in English; additional international languages (such as French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, etc.) are a strong advantage.
• Self‑driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset.
