We are seeking a dynamic and globally oriented International Property Specialist to support clients from diverse markets, deliver world‑class advisory, and represent Abu Dhabi’s most attractive real estate opportunities to international buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist international clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
• Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and relocation‑focused briefings
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
• Build and manage a portfolio of global buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
• Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural awareness and professionalism

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales or international client‑facing roles is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Chinese, Russian, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Hindi, Urdu, etc.) are a strong advantage
• Ability to build trust with international clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
