Position Overview
RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is appointing one International Senior Real Estate Advisor to operate from Abu Dhabi, focusing exclusively on high-net-worth (HNWI) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNWI) international investors.
This is not a traditional retail brokerage role and it is not designed for high-volume transactional sales.
The position is intended for a proven international closer who understands capital preservation strategies, cross-border investment structuring, and the importance of long-term investor relationships.
We are recruiting a strategic-level professional, not expanding headcount.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and successfully close high-value international real estate transactions
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with HNWI and UHNWI investors
- Represent the company at an executive advisory level with international clients
- Manage structured transactions within regulated real estate markets
- Conduct and manage long-cycle negotiations with professionalism and discretion
- Position Abu Dhabi as a strategic global real estate investment destination

Mandatory Qualifications (Strict Requirements)
- Verified track record of closing international real estate transactions
- Demonstrated experience working with HNWI and UHNWI investors
- Established and active international investor network or database
- Documented history of consistent transaction performance
- Strong understanding of structured and regulated real estate markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
Preferred Background
- Experience in international real estate brokerage or investment advisory
- Exposure to markets such as the GCC, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, or similar regions
- Comfortable handling large-value transactions and investor portfolios
- Experience managing relationship-driven deals with longer sales cycles
