Responsibilities

• Advise international clients on property investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi and other global markets
• Manage cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas investors, developers, and real estate partners
• Conduct virtual and in-person property tours, presentations, and consultations
• Stay informed about global market trends, pricing, and investment strategies
• Represent the company at international real estate exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, legal, and client service functions

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international real estate sales or consultancy
• Strong understanding of global property markets and investment dynamics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and work with diverse clientele
• Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of international property deals
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
